In which languages is the tour?The languages are Portuguese, Spanish and English.

I'm going to travel to Rio de Janeiro for a short period, which tour do you recommend?All! Haha ha But the most sought after has been "A day in Rio" because it is a tour with a private car and we get to know the main sights of the city.

On which days can I book the tour?We have activity from Monday to Sunday from 07 a.m.

Are the tickets for the attractions included?Yes, all the tickets are included we make all the reservations so we can skip lines in the main attractions.

What should i bring to the tour?Rio de Janeiro is a warm city, so wear confortable clothes, bring suncreen, insect repellent spray, and a hat to protect you against the sun.

Do i need to bring my passport or ID to the tour?Yes, please bring an ID document. Driver license, passport or ID.

Is the tour safe?Yes! We care about your safety so we will avoid any dangerous areas like favelas and dangerous neighborhoods. Our whole guide crew are made of locals guides who knows the city, you will be safe with us. And also, our office team will always be checking the driver GPS to make sure you are not close to any dangerous area or outside the route.

Is it accessible for wheelchair users, pregnant women, babies and children?Yes, all the places we will visit are suitable for wheelchair users, pregnant women, babies and children. We made these tours thinking about our clients, all the places we visit are ready to attend your needs. - We have infant car seats avaiable at the car. - All the places in the tour schedule have accessible toilets. - Christ Redeemer have elevators and escalators avaiable.

How long will we stay at each location?We offer two categories of tours, Half day (6 hours) or Full day (9 hours). The amount of time we stay at each place will depend on you, but we can't go past the tour time limit, so if you want we can spend more time at Christ Redeemer and stay less at Sugar Loaf. All of our experiences are customizable so you can decide if you want to remove any place from the schedule. If you want to add any place to the schedule, please let us know so we can see if its possible.

Which is the best time of the year to visit Rio?During the high season (november to march) were we have many cruise ships and tourists in town for the new year celebrations, christmas and carnival the city is busier which means crowded tourist attractions and traffic, if you don't like these, avoid this time of the year, but is the best time for those who like to enjoy the beach, it's Rio summer time (but also very hot, bring sunscreen, the temperature can raise up to 40º celsisus, 104 °F) The Rio's low season (april to october) is the best time for those who like to avoid crowds and big lines, the city can be pretty rainny during june, july and august. The captain tip is: There is no snow in Rio, skip your country winter and come enjoy Rio, it will be summer here.

All of our experiences were projected in a way to improve the best time for our customers, to keep them safe, feel comfortable and safe the whole tour. - Our office team will be in touch with the driver and the guide the whole tour to assure you are safe. - We will always keep an eye on the driver GPS, here from our office, so we know you are not close to a dangerous area or if the driver is not in our route. - Our whole guides and drivers team are trained to deal with any situation and keep you safe the whole tour. - The tours route were made in a way to avoid dangerous areas. - We are not going to any favelas, be assured.

And we are also open to customize the tour in a way that it suits you better, you can remove some places from the schedule or reduce tour duration.
