Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you wish to cancel an experience you purchased on our website, we can offer you a full refund if the request is made through the platform 48 hours before the start date.
If you want to find a new date for your experience, it can be done by contacting us up to 48 hours before the start date. Experiences can be rescheduled up to 2 weeks after the purchase date.
